Qais's story

I've had all manner of people comment on this weblog, from those who run motorcycle funeral companies to a variety of opiners about Reuben Singh.
But this is perhaps the most unexpected comment I've ever had. Is Qais for real? I have no reason to suspect he isn't. His IP address maps back to an Australian internet-by-satellite provider - I don't know how plausible that does or doesn't make it. But it seems genuine enough.
